Ascent of summits with a maximum camp altitude, with roped-up clients of a level which does not surpass II/AD Himalayan grading)
He cannot have the responsibility of a rope party which is not within his sight
He can work under the supervision of a mountain guide in order to equip and place the camp sites on a summit which is beyond his remit. In this case, the mountain guide is his referent and advisor.
He cannot manage the organization with the agency or the local service provider.
